Big turnout for exciting holiday clinics

Gary Kirsten Cricket’s 2017 Holiday Clinics have enjoyed tremendous support since the first school vacation of the year got underway last week.

Over 60 enthusiastic youngsters attended clinics hosted at Century City, Rondebosch High and Curro Hermanus School.

The cricket season may be coming to an end but this gave the GKC coaches a chance to fine tune a range of skills amongst the players.

“With the season over, our aim was to finish off with a bang and let the players enjoy their three days with us,” GKC Coach Garreth Von Hoesselin said.

“Each day the clinics had a set programme that coaches delivered and ran. We were all massively impressed with the talent shown especially with the new players that we worked with,” he added.

GKC will host one more clinic from 10-12 April at Century City.
