Gary Kirsten Cricket (GKC) recently partnered with Sportsmans Warehouse to promote their mutual interest in cricket. Gary Kirsten Cricket is set to host three cricket activations at key Sportsmans Warehouse stores in Cape Town and Johannesburg throughout the year. In addition to the cricket festival activations, Sportsmans Warehouse has offered an in-store promotion whereby customers who purchase cricket equipment worth R1500 or more are entitled to a complimentary one-hour private coaching session with the Gary Kirsten Cricket coaching team. A total of 100 vouchers were made available for the first Western Cape activation, as well as a competition for a school team coaching session with the Gary Kirsten Cricket coaching team.
“What a great experience given to kids! I really enjoyed coaching Neil, William and Aiden and I hope they are better cricketers for it.” commented GKC coach Jarryd Phillips.
“We are excited to sign up new private coaching players due to the success of these free sessions and look forward to meeting all of the players that have not yet redeemed their vouchers. Parents are encouraged to contact GKC to redeem their vouchers,” said GKC coaching director Ryan van Niekerk.
