We just finished a 10 day high performance camp in Jaipur coaching the Rajasthan cricket association Ranji trophy squad which comprised of 40 players. We focused on all 3 formats of the game, test cricket, one day cricket and T20’s. We then went into building team culture and leadership withing the group of players and coaches. It was an incredible experience to work with a great bunch of young and talented Indian players.
